三是开发数智教育框架。DI-IDEA提出的数智教育框架，旨在为参与的高校和研究机构提供发展数智教育项目的前瞻性指导。该框架为在数智教育中培养创新、伦理责任和社会参与提供了坚实的概念基础和实用的实施策略，以及具体的结构和评估方法。通过在不同背景和机构环境中的协同开发，这一框架将不断演进和完善。
